ATM Replenishment:
Consists of the replenishment of cash cassettes in the ATM, retrieval of deposits (when applicable); removal of captured cards at the ATM, and the clearing and balancing of the ATM.
Replenishment of Consumable Supplies. Collect Required Documents (Journal Tape, Captured Cards, Divert Cash). Processing and Verification of Returned Cash.
ATM First Line Maintenance:
Daily Visits to ATM Sites. On-Site Diagnosis of Problem. Non-Technical Problems Included (Paper, Cards, Cash, Jams, etc.)
Contacting Customer Second Line Maintenance Vendor as Required
